Terms of Services

By booking the services of Tarot with Tan, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Liability Disclaimer

A tarot reading should never be used in place of professional counselling. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading from Tarot with Tan purport to do so. You should not rely on a tarot reading to make any decisions that would affect your legal, financial, or medical conditions. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, a tarot reading cannot replace qualified mental health care. A tarot reading can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own life decisions. Any choices made after receiving a reading are solely your responsibility.

Tarot with Tan makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered by their Tarot readers. By booking Tarot with Tan's services, you explicitly acknowledge that all Tarot readings and advice arising therefrom are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment.

Payment Policy

Event and Party Bookings:

1. A deposit of 100% is required on confirmation of event booking, if booking on the spot full payment is due on or immediately after the event, via secured payment shared.

2. 48 hours advance cancellation notice is required for event bookings otherwise the 100% deposit will be forfeit.

3. If additional time is to be added to the event without pre-booking additional charges will also apply.

4. Natasha and client will discuss and clarify all aspects of the event prior to the event so that expectations are clear and confirmed.

Tarot Consultations (In Person, WhatsApp Readings):

1. All in-person, and whatsApp Tarot readings are to be paid for beforehand via secured payment shared.

2. Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows: 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule In Person readings and WhatsApp readings. If you do not give me this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email me or call me if you need to reschedule. I put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact me, I cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows. I will wait 10 minutes for your late arrival, but after that I consider this to be a no-show.

3. I do not offer refunds for my services, for any reason. Please shop mindfully. If you are not certain that my services are right for you, please feel free to spend some time exploring my website. This free resource will give you an idea of my style, technique and philosophy. You can also see testimonials from my clients on my site for further information.

4. Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying me for a product. You’re paying me for my knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and my time. You’re paying me to set aside everything else in my life, clear my schedule and head space to dedicate entirely to you for the duration of your reading. When you order a reading, you are receiving from me a customized, personalized service, not any ordinary product.

Tarot Classes:

1. All classes are to be paid for beforehand via secured payment shared.

2. There is no refund for cancellations or no-shows. Your fee may NOT be put towards future classes if you are unable to attend. Please understand that if you are unable to attend at the last minute, it means that I have been holding that spot for you and may not be able to fill it.

Code of Ethics

By enlisting the services of Inner Goddess Tarot, you are agreeing to the following Code of Ethics:

1. The purpose of Tarot with Tan's readings is to empower the client. If you are seeking a purely predictive Tarot reading, you may wish to contact a different style of reader.

2. I will interpret the cards to the best of their ability, will conduct the reading with honesty and openness, and if I cannot interpret the cards clearly I will tell you that.

3. I will keep everything a client says and everything that is revealed in a reading 100% confidential, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening.

4. Tarot with Tan's readings are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientations.

5. I will not do a reading to see what someone other than the client is doing or feeling, nor will I do a reading for anyone under 18 years old.

6. I will strive to give clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and empowering courses of action.

7. I will not give advice in areas for which I am not qualified. If the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or any other professional service for which I am not qualified, I will encourage them to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.

8. I will constantly strive to improve my Tarot reading skills, and to always be learning and growing.

9. The intention when doing a reading is to serve the best interests of the client and all concerned without causing harm or wishing to deceive.

10. Readings are conducted with honesty, integrity, and in a non-judgmental manner.

11. I will never offer false guarantees, claim to predict lottery numbers, or promise specific outcomes.

12. I do not perform spell work, remove curses, or engage in any supernatural interventions.

13. Tarot with Tan reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.

tarotwithtan.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided during readings.
By booking a reading, you acknowledge that all services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
I am not liable for any decisions or actions taken as a result of a reading.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.

We may update the Terms of Service at any time, but you will not be bound by any updates until 24 hours after the changes are posted. Please check back regularly. Your continued use of the service following changes to the terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the amendments.
